Job summary

Trulieve in Royersford, PA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the General Manager in leadership and daily store operations. You will help ensure exceptional customer experiences, supervision of staff, and regulatory compliance while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires strong cash handling, reliability, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and teammates. This is a full-time, on-site position with a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing procedures and supervise staff.
• Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate SOP changes and ensure employees are informed.
• Coach and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
