Job summary

CVS Health in San Diego, CA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations in the absence of a manager, drive store execution and customer service excellence, and safeguard daily procedures. The role oversees the CVS/pharmacy team, opens and closes the store as needed, engages customers, resolves issues per policy, and maintains merchandise presentation with attention to detail and confidentiality.

40 hours weekly with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts including early morning, overnight, weekends.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management to drive store execution and customer loyalty.
• Supervise store crew and assign/direct activities.
• Maintain open communication with store management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions/complaints per policy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays.
• Reset departments after POGs.
