Job summary

CVS Health in San Diego is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the store management team in driving store execution and performance while delivering excellent customer service. You will lead the staff when a manager is absent and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

The role requires strong communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills, with a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends. Eligible for benefits based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise the store crew through directing and following up of activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help, and thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
