CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving execution and customer service. In the absence of a manager, you lead staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise crews, price merchandise, stock shelves, maintain displays, and handle customer questions and complaints while protecting patient confidentiality. The role requires flexible scheduling including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualificações

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsabilidades

• Manage store staff in absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise store crews through directing and following up on all activities and communicate with management and crews.
• Handle customer questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, reset departments following promotions and maintain displays.
