Job summary

CVS Health in Lewes, DE is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store staff when management isn’t onsite and ensure smooth operations and opening/closing tasks. You will support the Store Management team, drive customer service excellence and loyalty, and help execute merchandising and presentation standards.

The role requires flexible scheduling, including early mornings, overnights and weekends. Part-time position with benefits eligibility and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager/Operations Supervisor onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise the crew through assigning, directing and follow-up of activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and maintain CVS customer service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays per weekly promos.
