CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, and uphold customer service standards to foster loyalty.

This role emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and effective communication with management and crew. The position requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a full-time schedule and eligibility for comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.
