Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management in delivering strong customer service and smooth operations. The role leads staff when managers are off-site and ensures opening/closing tasks are completed, while promoting a positive shopping experience for customers.

The position requires flexibility to work early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a typical weekly commitment of 25 hours. Benefits are available for part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Work with store management and crews to drive store execution.
• Communicate information effectively between management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions and complaints per policy.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly/promotional displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
