Job summary

CVS Health Store is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive execution, and build customer loyalty through exceptional service. You will lead staff when managers are absent and ensure smooth operations, including opening/closing procedures.

You will assist customers, resolve issues, maintain confidentiality, and manage merchandising and displays while collaborating with management and crews to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills required.
• Flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; ability to work overtime and respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor; ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays; maintain off-shelf merchandise and resets.
