Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the store management team by driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers are unavailable and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently.

You will supervise daily operations, assist customers, and uphold CVS customer service standards while maintaining confidentiality and accurate merchandising.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations in coordination with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations in line with policy and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms.
