Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering store execution and superior customer service. You will guide staff when managers are unavailable, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and store operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include supervising crew activities, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, organizing merchandise, and executing displays per weekly plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, offer help, and thank customers.
• Handle customer relations issues in accordance with policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planogram changes (POGs).
