CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution. You will lead the staff in the absence of management, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening and closing procedures while promoting excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, supervision, and effective communication with management and crews to maintain a positive shopping experience for customers and patients.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed properly.
• Supervise activities by assigning, directing and following up with the store crew.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve issues in line with company policy.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain off-shelf items.
