Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution. You will lead the store crew in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of opening and closing procedures.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, supervising staff, and maintaining shelf presentation and stock levels to meet weekly promotional needs.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage with store management and crews to drive store execution.
• Lead and supervise store staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Ensure customer service excellence, handle inquiries and maintain confidentiality.
