Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor, ensuring store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote excellent service.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays consistent with weekly and seasonal plans.
