Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in New Jersey. You will lead store staff in the absence of management, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening/closing procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer questions, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and ensuring department resets per planograms. Benefits and schedule support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store's crew through directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure display maintenance.
