Ideal candidates bring experience in customer-facing roles, strong teamwork, and the ability to train and delegate tasks to others in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach food/beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space for the community.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodations.
• Provide quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety per policy.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate work among staff.
