Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead the team in a fast-paced beverage and food service environment. You will coach teammates, ensure quality beverages and food to recipe standards, and maintain a safe, welcoming store for the community.

Successful candidates bring strong communication skills, retail know-how, and a collaborative mindset to deliver exceptional guest experiences during varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and food, handle cash, and ensure store safety and security.
• Six months of experience handling customer requests and interactions.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach team to maintain beverage and food quality to standard recipes.
• Direct shift operations and guest service to ensure a welcoming store experience.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and adherence to store safety policies.
• Develop and motivate team members to deliver consistent service.
