Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a motivated shift supervisor to lead our store team in a welcoming, community-focused environment. You will guide baristas and kitchen staff, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold store standards while fostering a positive guest experience.

You will be responsible for coaching colleagues, coordinating tasks, and maintaining safety, cash handling, and service quality on every shift. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months of experience in customer-facing role.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space.
• Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate work for two or more staff.
• Support store safety, cash handling and compliance with operating policies.
