Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a coffeehouse team and uphold the brand’s store standards. You will coach staff, ensure quality beverages and foods, manage cash handling, safety and security, and deliver a welcoming experience to customers and the community.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ months in customer-facing roles, proven ability to delegate tasks, strong communication, and a collaborative approach to teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
