Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will guide baristas and partners, ensuring quality beverages and food prepared to standard recipes, while upholding store policies and safety standards.

You will work with a team to deliver a welcoming experience for customers, demonstrating strong communication, teamwork, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more employees
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers
