Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
• At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating 2+ employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and work as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of the retail environment

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the Starbucks experience welcoming for customers
• Provide quality beverages and food products, with accurate cash handling and store safety
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure smooth shift operations
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays
• Support store policies and standards while delivering exceptional customer service
