Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to 2+ employees.
• Availability for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Provide coaching to staff to meet service standards.
