Qualifications

• Regular and punctual attendance is required.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain store standards for beverages, food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience and six months of delegating tasks to a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming space for the community.
• Ensure beverage and food quality meets standard recipes and customer customization.
• Coach and delegate tasks to teammates to maintain smooth store operations.
• Uphold store policies, safety, security, and cash handling procedures.
