Job summary

The Bowery Residents' Committee (BRC) is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead the Community Technicians and assist the Site Coordinator in achieving program goals. You will handle record keeping, prepare statistical reports, ensure unit coverage, and support client care and crisis intervention, including emergency first aid as needed.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours/week) with evening hours Tue-Sat 3:00pm–11:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with homeless, mentally ill, and substance abuse populations preferred.
• Strong writing skills and computer literacy; CPR/First Aid and Fire Safety certification required or ability to obtain.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Community Technicians.
• Assist the Site Coordinator with oversight of departmental tasks and goals.
• Maintain record keeping and generate statistical reports; ensure unit coverage.
• Provide client care and crisis intervention; assist in emergency first aid/CPR when needed.
