Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management on assigned shifts. The role includes guiding crew, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and upholding customer service standards.

You will perform opening and closing procedures, address customer service issues, and ensure mandatory regulatory training is completed. This position requires proactive collaboration with management and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED.
• Preferred: AS Degree or higher.
• 2+ years previous experience in related position.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.
• Open and close procedures in the absence of store management.
• Supervise store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
