Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Customer Experience Advocate supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management. You will oversee opening and closing procedures, supervise the store crew, and resolve customer service issues.

The role requires completing mandatory trainings and regulatory programs. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with AS degree or higher preferred, and 2+ years in a related role.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or GED).
• AS Degree or Higher preferred.
• 2+ years experience in related position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.
• Open and close procedures in the absences of store management.
• Supervise store crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities in the absence of store management.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
