Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management on a per-shift basis.

You will support Customer Experience Advocates, carry out opening and closing procedures when needed, supervise crew activities, resolve customer service issues on behalf of management, and ensure completion of all mandatory regulatory trainings.

Qualifications

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
