Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a supervisory-focused professional to lead the team during the absence of store management. You will execute opening/closing procedures and ensure duties are carried out by the crew with clear direction and accountability.

The role includes representing management on customer service issues, completing mandatory trainings, and performing additional duties as assigned to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.
• May carry out opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management.
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management.
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
