Job summary

This position provides supervisory leadership in the absence of store management, ensuring smooth operations on assigned shifts and maintaining service standards. You will carry out opening and closing procedures, supervise the crew, and represent management in customer interactions to uphold company policies.

You will complete all mandatory training, resolve customer issues, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
