• Fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management.
• Supervise store crew by directing activities in the absence of store management.
• Represent management in resolving customer service issues.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
