Job summary

KPH HEALTHCARE SERVICES, INC is seeking a supervisor to provide leadership on shifts when store management is unavailable. This role includes stepping in for opening and closing procedures and guiding the store crew through assigned tasks.

The position involves representing management in customer issue resolution and ensuring completion of mandatory trainings and regulatory requirements. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or shifts is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Familiarity with opening and closing procedures is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management.
• May perform opening and closing duties when management is unavailable.
• Supervise crew by assigning and following up on tasks in the absence of management.
• Represent management to resolve customer service issues.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
