Hdrxservices in New York is seeking a supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management. You’ll oversee daily operations, open and close procedures, and guide the crew to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include representing management in customer issues, ensuring mandatory training, and performing additional duties as assigned. Minimum education is high school, with preferred AS degree, and 2+ years related experience.

• Minimum education of high school diploma or GED; AS degree preferred.

Job Duties:

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education:

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher

Experience:

• Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position

Special Conditions of Employment:

• Drug test
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation:

$17.00-18.50 per hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
