Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to provide leadership in the absence of store management. The role includes opening and closing procedures, supervising the store crew, and resolving customer service issues as needed.

The position also requires completion of mandatory training and performing additional duties as assigned to maintain smooth store operations.

Job Duties

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
