Now hiring Shift Supervisors, an hourly hands-on operations position responsible for assisting management with FOH and BOH duties. If you are looking to contribute to a growing brand, motivate your team, and oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations, this is your opportunity. Plus, if hired, your first two take-home pizzas are on us!

Responsibilities Include
  1. Managing the day-to-day activities of hourly employees in both the FOH and BOH
  2. Motivating team members to achieve goals and helping individuals maximize their potential
  3. Running efficient, productive shifts
  4. Training and coaching team members to ensure task execution
  5. Participating in daily restaurant operations and supporting management
  6. Promoting a positive, collaborative environment
Requirements
  1. 1-2 years' experience in a Lead or Shift Supervisor role; restaurant experience and/or culinary skills preferred
  2. Team-focused with leadership and communication skills
  3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
  4. Strong organizational skills
