Food and Beverage Supervisor, Muse - Signia by Hilton Orlando (Finance)

The beautiful Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is seeking their next Food and Beverage Supervisor to help lead their grab-and-go marketplace, Muse!

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, highly organized leader with experience in high-volume coffee shop, grab-and-go marketplace, or retail operations. They will oversee daily operations, lead a team of 10-12, and ensure alignment with Hilton and Starbucks standards. Strong product knowledge, trend awareness, and experience with ordering, inventory control, and product rotation are essential. The candidate should foster a positive, accountable culture, support team morale, and be ready to step in during busy periods. Hotel experience is a plus but not required.

Shift Pattern: Full availability is required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, to support operational needs.

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will assist management in directing and administering restaurant operations to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise, support, schedule, and train team members in restaurant activities
  • Monitor, evaluate, and support team performance
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards
  • Manage product quality, service, and satisfaction trends
  • Assist in inventory monitoring and control
