Job summary

SSP America at Washington Dulles International Airport is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and greet guests on-site. Great pay and on-site perks accompany the role.

Responsibilities include running shifts to SSP standards, training new hires, completing opening/closing checklists, and coaching the team to meet business goals. Candidates must be 18+, pass TSA background checks, and have restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in the food & beverage industry.
• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience, preferred.
• Can pass a 10-Year TSA Background Check.
• At least 18 years old.

The ideal candidate for this position has:

• Can pass a 10-Year TSA Background Check

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in the food & beverage industry
• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience, preferred
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
