Job summary

SSP America is hiring Shift Supervisors to run operations for Urban Craves inside the Washington Dulles International Airport. Great pay and immediate hiring.

You will greet guests, supervise shifts, and train new hires while ensuring opening, ongoing, and closing checklists are completed. A strong focus on customer service, leadership, and adherence to SSP standards is required.

Qualifications

We are currently hiring for Shift Supervisors to work at Urban Craves inside the Washington Dulles International Airport.

The ideal candidate for this position has:

• Can pass a 10-Year TSA Background Check
• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in the food & beverage industry
• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience, preferred
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
