SSP America in Colorado Springs is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a Food Travel Experts team and ensure SSP standards are consistently met.

You will greet guests, supervise shifts, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service while upholding company procedures and Passion Principles.

Qualifications

• Shift Supervisors are the first step into management.
• They ensure SSP standards are met by the team of Food Travel Experts.
• You work to provide the best customer service and exemplify our Passion Principles.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures.
• Train new hires on operational standards and processes.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required.
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
