Job summary

SSP America in Dallas Love Field Airport is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and uphold SSP standards. You will guide a team of Food Travel Experts and ensure exceptional guest service while adhering to company procedures.

This role focuses on front-line leadership, staff coaching, and process execution to meet performance goals and deliver a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
• Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures
• Train new hires on operational standards and processes
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals
• Other duties as assigned

Our restaurant portfolio in the Dallas Love Field Airport: AV8 Bar &Cafe, Catch One, and First Quarter Bar and Grill.

• SSP pays an average of 80% of the monthly premiums per coverage level. We also offer Dental, Vision, and several other voluntary plan coverages.
