Job summary

SSP America is seeking Shift Supervisors for our restaurants located inside the Indianapolis Airport to lead daily operations.

You will greet guests, supervise shifts, train staff, manage opening/closing checklists, and coach the team to meet service standards while ensuring safety and quality. This role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement and full benefits.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate For This Position Has

• Can pass a 10-Year TSA Background Check
• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food & beverage industry
• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience, preferred
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
