Job summary

SSP America in San Diego manages food service at the airport; our Shift Supervisors are the first step into management, ensuring service standards are met.

As a Shift Supervisor you will greet guests, run shifts, train new hires, and ensure opening, ongoing, and closing tasks are completed to SSP standards.

You will provide coaching to teammates, support achieving business goals, and participate in benefits while advancing your leadership career in a fast-paced travel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments.
• Ability to lead a shift and coach team.
• Familiarity with opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities
