Job summary

A leading food and beverage service provider seeks a Shift Supervisor at the Pittsburgh Airport. The role involves managing shifts, training new hires, and ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of experience in the food and beverage industry, be able to pass a 10-Year TSA Background Check, and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience preferred.

• Train new hires on operational standards and processes.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required.
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures.

• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals.

Ideal Candidate

• Can pass a 10‑Year TSA Background Check.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the food & beverage industry.
• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience, preferred.
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
