Job summary

SSP America is hiring Shift Supervisors for Urban Craves inside Washington Dulles International Airport. The role involves greeting guests, running shifts per SSP standards, and training new hires.

Applicants must pass a TSA background check and be at least 18 years old. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year in the food & beverage industry, with prior restaurant experience preferred.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position has:

• Can pass a 10-Year TSA Background Check
• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in the food & beverage industry
• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience, preferred
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports.
