Job summary

Prosegur Tysons Corner in Virginia is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to lead daily operations, oversee officers, and ensure client satisfaction with tight post management and incident reporting. You will monitor access controls, conduct inspections, and coordinate with HR/Operations for training and certifications.

The role requires a high school diploma/GED and security licensing, with strong communication and de-escalation skills.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED and security experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional customer-service demeanor.
• Experience with security systems (CCTV/VMS) and access control.
• Ability to work variable shifts including weekends/holidays and respond to after-hours incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift briefings; assign posts and verify staffing.
• Monitor site activity; enforce access control and visitor management.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and pass-downs; prepare DARs.
• Conduct post inspections and address deficiencies; escalate as needed.
• Manage badge issuance, audit trails, and timekeeping; coordinate coverage.
• Coach and develop officers; support recruiting and onboarding.
• Deliver incident summaries and KPI updates to client and Ops.
• Support safety campaigns, audits, and special events.
• Ensure compliance with laws and site policies (OSHA, fire safety, privacy).
• Maintain post orders and SOPs; track training and certifications.
• Control site inventory and submit purchase/repair requests.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and scheduling.
