Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of security officers, ensuring effective performance and adherence to protocols.
• Oversee and monitor entrances/exits to maintain security and safety.
• Manage traffic flow and regulate trucks/vehicles.
• Maintain a visible presence to enforce order and protect property.
• Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to prevent hazards, theft, violence, or infractions.
• Enforce rules and respond to emergencies with security assistance as required.
• Provide escorts or personal protection as needed.
• Prepare detailed narrative reports and daily activity reports (DARs).
• Monitor for irregular activity and address risks accordingly.
• Ensure facility security and policy adherence.
• Conduct investigations and prepare comprehensive reports.
