Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking a vigilant Security Supervisor to lead daily shift operations and ensure client site security.

You will assign posts, monitor access control and incident handling, and produce timely DARs while coordinating with HR/Operations on staff performance and training. You will supervise officers, manage timekeeping, assess coverage, and ensure compliance with OSHA, safety and client policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active state security license/guard card required (or eligible).
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer-service demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift briefings, assign posts, review post orders and ensure staffing.
• Monitor site activity; enforce access control, visitor management and alarm response.
• Maintain logs, incident reports and day-end DARs with accuracy.
• Conduct post inspections, address deficiencies and escalate as needed.
• Manage badge issuance, turnover, and audit trails per client standards.
• Schedule officers, manage timekeeping and coverage for leave.
• Coach, mentor and onboard officers, support training and certifications.
• Serve as on-site client contact, conduct regular check-ins and reviews.
• Prepare incident summaries and KPI updates for client and operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and site policies; lead emergency responses.
• Maintain post orders, track training and licenses; manage equipment and inventory.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and scheduling efficiency.
