Job summary

Saputo Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator to analyze Production Execution transactions, ensuring timely closure of process orders and accurate inventory control on the shop floor. The role liaises between operators and supervisors to identify efficiency opportunities during shifts.

The position requires strong mechanical/analytical skills, SAP/Excel proficiency, and experience with production processes. It supports a 24/7 operation with rotating shifts and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, Associate degree preferred.
• Mechanical/analytical abilities for production processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Experience with SAP transaction codes listed.
• Ability to count accurately and operate a lift truck.

Responsibilities

• Review open process orders by running reports in SAP.
• Ensure correct GI/GR documentation for ingredients and outputs.
• Track and rectify entry errors with stakeholders.
• Balance movements and close process orders after verification.
• Create cycle counts of materials and suggest procedure improvements.
• Develop solutions for shortages and inventory discrepancies.
• Assist planning and scheduling to optimize plant operations.
• Verify products meet specifications before shipment.
