Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a logistics/warehouse associate responsible for scheduling trucks and preparing all load documents. You will manage FIFO inventory and ensure accurate code dates while coordinating with customer service, plant management, drivers, and warehouse staff.

The role requires attention to detail, strong math skills, and proficiency with SAP and WMS. You will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to on-time deliveries and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2-year logistics/inventory degree preferred.
• 3 years in warehouse/logistics/transport or distribution center.
• Strong computer skills with word processing, spreadsheets, and inventory software.
• Ability to read orders and inventory reports; generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Schedule trucks and load assignments and prepare load documents.
• Coordinate with customer service, plant management, drivers and warehouse staff.
• Review inventory availability and maintain FIFO product rotation.
• Prepare BOLs, domestic/export documents per DOT and internal requirements.
• Communicate load concerns promptly to Warehouse management.
• Ensure accurate system transactions reflect current inventory.
