Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Math skills for weights and measures; basic calculation abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate five HCV vats and monitor cheese production.
• Use daily schedules and adjust recipes as needed.
• Monitor milk standardization and adjust recipe specifications.
• Record ingredient amounts on the make schedule using Excel and SAP.
• Communicate product usage to pasteurizer personnel and EFV Operators.
• Maintain cleanliness and CIP in production areas.
