Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to directly supervise production staff and maximize productivity on assigned shifts. You will plan, assign, and direct work, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate production schedules using SAP ERP systems.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years of supervisory work in food packaging, and strong communication and leadership skills. This is a 3rd shift position with training on 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in operations management.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in a food packaging environment.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees on assigned shifts to maximize productivity.
• Plan, assign, and direct work while addressing employee concerns.
• Coordinate production schedules and monitor manpower requirements.
• Maintain required records including OEE, downtime, and production data.
• Train and develop staff and enforce safety policies.
