Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Production Coordinator for the night shift (5:00 PM to 5:00 AM) to support SAP-driven production processes. You will oversee staffing and scheduling, manage production orders, and ensure accurate material usage reporting across plant operations.

You will provide SAP support, perform reconciliation of startup runs and end-of-run transactions, and address system issues to protect financial integrity while collaborating with operations, planning and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Three years of technical skills experience in manufacturing, with familiarity with SAP.
• Clear understanding of manufacturing practices and processes.

Responsibilities

• Night shift 5 PM–5 AM; workdays subject to change based on business needs.
• Provide ongoing SAP support to plant team and reconcile startup runs and end-of-run transactions.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with operations, supply chain and finance.
